Product Description

The Hexagonal Aluminium Art Deco Bulkhead Light is a replica of a 1940s Art Deco ship’s light, in polished cast aluminium with a rough cast look and an aged ribbed glass cover. It is fitted with our earthed 4A threaded-entry brass E27 lamp holder.

Fix it to a wall or ceiling with the four mountings under the glass. Undo the lid screw and the glass hinges open from the base to change the globe.

Wiring

Choose your wiring from the Voltage menu: E27 230V or E26 120V, wired through the back (rear entry) with tail cables, or with a side entry for 20mm surface conduit. For North America we do not supply a J-box mount, so we suggest conduit. For an authentic look, use water pipe fittings for the conduit.

Outdoor Use

It is not IP rated. With some changes and careful installation it could be made waterproof.

Globes

Pictured with our 6W LED lantern filament short tube, which is a good fit. Any regular-size E27 globe (light bulb) will work. Globes are not included.
