Product Description

The Brass Industrial Club and Round Wall Guard Tube Light is a wall light that holds a 290mm tube globe inside a brass powder-coated club and round steel mesh guard, held by custom steel end caps. Club and round is a traditional pressed steel mesh pattern, long used in industry where a strong, light, ventilated material is needed.

It is inspired by the side exhaust pipes of 1960s sports cars, where a heat shield stopped legs getting burned, and made famous by Steve McQueen’s Jaguar XKSS. It suits a car-themed room, and is also reminiscent of truck exhausts.

The guard protects the long tube globe and makes it hard to remove without permission. Printed instructions for changing the globe come with the light.

It arrives assembled and fixes to the wall with cast brass flanges and wall plates, which suit any surface including masonry. Only the top flange needs a wiring point. Each light is made by hand to order in our workshop. Precision brass parts and careful assembly make it strong enough for commercial as well as home use.

Voltage

Choose E27 230V (Australia, NZ, UK) or E26 120V (USA, Canada) from the Voltage menu. For 120V we supply a 4″ J-box mount in the same material and finish as the pipe. Our 120V versions use UL-listed parts, but the light itself is not UL listed.

Globes

Pictured with a 290mm LED zig zag tube globe. Takes most standard E27 globes (light bulbs), including LED. Globes are not included; choose them from the globe menu.
