Outdoor festoon lighting at Trunk Diner is our current solution for lighting commercial areas where there is general public access. These are Low Voltage (24 volts), and the bulbs are Fancy Round 1W LED 2000K Clear unbreakable poly carbonate. The lampholders are IP44 and the flat festoon cable is UV stabilised and heavy duty. Combined this makes for a safe lighting system for any permanent outdoor venue and provides a warm low level light that is both efficient and traditional. Other bulbs are available for this system including a GLS size clear and a set of G45 colored bulbs

Trunk Diner is a little slice of NYC in the middle of Melbourne’s CBD. Opened in 2010, this American-styled diner is a unique dining experience nestled under a 150-year-old heritage listed coral tree, which inspired the name ‘trunk’.  The diner itself is in the huge courtyard of Trunk bar and restaurant. The diner is more relaxed than the restaurant both in service and cuisine.  On offer are classic American dishes with an all day breakfast menu, bar and café.  The leafy courtyard provides the perfect place for a casual catch-up with an extensive local and international wine list and craft beer menu.

Trunk Diner is the perfect place to view our party lights.  Strings of festoons float above the courtyard adding a beautiful warmth and ambience.  You can see why it’s a great spot to host an event and Trunk caters for a multitude of functions.  It is a beautiful setting with the coral tree set against the backdrop of the 19th-century synagogue that houses Trunk’s main restaurant.
