Vintage Ship’s polished brass ceiling bulkhead light, 24O V with powder coated brass base and cage, metal and ceramic E27 lamp holder. This Vintage Ship’s polished brass ceiling bulkhead light comes with integral ceiling plate for installation to surface. Cage is solid brass with glass water proof containment. The glass is an antique ribbed casting. Can be secured to a wall or ceiling to create that authentic sea fairing mood. Useful where shatterproof globes are required over food prep areas.

Weight is around 1.5 Kilos and they have 3 attachment holes in the base plate to accommodate a large screw head. They will look great in your home, your garden, outside wall or porch. They have a new earthed E27 brass lamp holder and take most regular sized E27 globes.  Please note these lights are rated for wet area’s but will require careful attention when installing. They are also rated for outdoor installation (IP56). They would be fine in quite exposed conditions provided they are fitted cage facing down and a sealant is used between the back plate and wall. The surface mount entries for these have been made redundant allowing wiring to the top plate directly. If you require a surface mount system using electrical conduit, let us know and we can install a lamp holder that will allow wiring via conduit entry.
