The 45 Bend Plumbing Pipe Glass Cover Wall Light is a handmade outdoor wall light made from galvanised steel plumbing pipe and cast aluminium fittings, with a solid brass lamp holder.
The globe sits inside thick glass, held by a cast flange in our Edison Light Globes branded cast aluminium housing. This gives an IP56 rating.
Its long 45° arm spreads light widely, so it suits a deck or a large staircase. It gives a more traditional look where you might otherwise use a floodlight.
It fixes to the wall with a cast flange, so it can be mounted on any surface. Each light is made by hand to order in our Melbourne workshop. Precision parts and careful assembly make it strong enough for commercial as well as home use.
Outdoor Use
Rated IP56 (protected from dust and strong water jets). When installing outdoors, seal behind the wall flange with silicone. The galvanised pipe and aluminium casting will age outdoors and may show some rust and scaling, but they are made to survive the elements.
Voltage
Choose E27 230V (Australia, NZ, UK) or E26 120V (USA, Canada) from the Voltage menu. For 120V we supply a 4″ J-box cover in the same material and finish as the pipe. Our 120V versions use UL-listed parts, but the light itself is not UL listed.
