Product Description

The Custom Length Solid Brass Pipe Loop LED Tube Light is our solid brass pipe loop light made to the length you need, from 1000mm to 1800mm, with an LED tube to suit. Longer lengths need the brass pipe brazed together; from 1500mm the brass shade is made in two lengths joined with a screwed fitting, and the light is wired with two twin-core cables from one end. 1800mm is the longest we can make and ship.

The LED tube is also made in-house, with high-quality COB LED strip. There is no glass, so it is shatterproof and suits food preparation areas and commercial kitchens. The solid brass is polished but not lacquered: polish it every 6 to 12 months to keep it bright, or let it tarnish to an antique brass colour. It suits industrial-style offices, cafés and hotels.

Options

Enter the length you need in the Overall Custom Length box. Add a shade from the Include Optional Shade menu. Choose the colour from the LED Colour Temperature menu: vintage warm 2700K, warm white 3000K, natural white 4000K, or dim-to-warm (1800K to 3000K), which warms like an incandescent globe as you dim it. Choose a clear or opaque (pictured) cover from the Internal LED Tube Cover menu. Choose the low-voltage cable length (1.5m standard, up to 6m) from the Low Voltage Cable Length menu. It hangs on two 1.6mm stainless steel cables with looped ends; choose 1m to 5m, or no cable if you will hang it another way, from the Stainless Cable Length menu. If you need an exact length, choose the nearest and add the length in the order notes at checkout. Add a pair of polished brass ceiling hooks from the Ceiling Hooks menu.

Wiring and Dimming

Choose from the Voltage and Dimming menu: 230V or 120V, with TRIAC dimming (most leading or trailing-edge dimmers) or 1-10V dimming (any 1-10V dimmer, or systems such as DALI). Or choose no driver and supply your own 24V constant-voltage driver to suit your control system. The driver can be hidden in the ceiling or surface mounted, and all wiring is done, ready for your electrician. Our 120V versions use UL-listed parts, but the light itself is not UL listed.
