Custom Length solid brass pipe loop LED tube light is a minimalist version of our bent plumbing pipe light range made in-house with custom components. The modern LED tube light is also made in-house to exacting standards using the best LED strip components available.

There is no glass used in this tube since there is no requirement to vacuum fill like a fluorescent tube.

Custom Length

This version is made specially as a longer version that requires some brazing together of brass pipe and for lengths 1500mm and over size the brass shade is made up from two lengths joined with a screwed on component. When made this long we also need to wire with two twin core cable going up from one end of the light. The maximum length for this light is 1800mm due to manufacturing and shipping limitations.

They are an industrial style that we think would work well in an industrial themed smaller office, cafe or hotel. Incorporating a custom length LED, they may also provide lighting for food preparation areas i.e., for shatterproof requirement in commercial kitchen situations. These supply a good amount of light when at a reasonable distance from the work area.

Plumbing pipe components are made from solid brass that will last a lifetime. Brass surface is left brushed polished but un coated so to remain clean un-tarnished they will need a surface polish with Brasso once every 6-12 months. Or you can leave to allow the brass to tarnish over time creating an antique brass color.

This light is made from half inch BSP plumbing pipe and so the outside diameter is 22mm.
Two fixing point centers to the ceiling are 420mm shorter than overall length specified
This fixture only requires one wiring point however.

Suspension system

Cable suspension is stainless steel with loops made with appropriate ferrules. For stainless wire we use 1.6mm 7X7 strand. Wiring and LED

The driver location can be concealed in the ceiling space or surface mounted. All new wiring is completed ready to be installed by your electrician. We supply chain suspension when installed as a pendant.

Choose between 240V and 120V to suit your Country voltage.  For US and Canada, UL listed components are used but the light fitting itself is not UL listed.
TRIAC Dimming is compatible with most mains-connected trailing or leading edge dimmers. 1-10V dimming can be used with any 1-10V dimmer or other systems such as DALI. You can also choose to have this supplied with no driver and supply your own to supply 24 volt constant voltage to suit your control system.

Color Temperature

*Colour Temperature can be specified from Vintage warm (2700K), Warm (3000k), Neutral (4000k) or Dim to warm (1800K to 3000K)

Choosing the right color temperature to create the perfect ambience has never been easier. The Din-to-warm Series is easily dimmable and controllable with TRIAC dimming (MLV, and ELV), PWM dimming, and 0/1-10V dimming. As the lights dim, they automatically warm from 3000K to 1800K. The strip offers the nostalgic comfort of incandescent lighting while utilizing modern technology that can be used in almost any space. All without having to install a complicated control system.

We can include special chain hook ceiling plates, s-Hooks, Carabiners or shackles. We also supply stainless cable, Thimbles and Ferrules.
