The Reproduction Polished Aluminium Wall Mounted Theatre Spotlight is a cast aluminium replica of the Strand Electric Patt. 23 “baby spot”, a British theatre spotlight of the 1950s and 60s. It is a decorative light for hotels, bars, restaurants and shops, giving a theatrical, focused beam from a low-power LED globe.

It has a focusing magnifier lens and a gel holder, and the adjustable cast aluminium arm lets you angle it in many directions. Strand Electric was founded in London in 1914 by two theatre electricians. Restored originals are hard to find in quantity; this replica costs a fraction of the price, and we can supply it in quantity.

Wiring and Voltage

Choose the cable length, from 1m to 6m, from the Cable Length menu. From the Wall Canopy Mount or Plug Option menu, choose a plug for your country; a 66mm, 90mm or 115mm wall plate (the 115mm plate covers a US J-box); or neither. If you plug it in, ask your electrician about a switched or dimmable outlet to control it. For 120V (USA, Canada), choose E26 socket and wiring from the 120 Volt menu.
