Product Description

The Nickel Medium Bulb Cage Wall Mount Lamp is a solid brass steampunk wall light with a custom-made brass cage around a 185mm tube globe (light bulb).

It has two brass lamp holders (one live), wing nut adjustable brackets and 1/2″ threaded hollow arms. The cage is fixed to the lamp holder with shade nuts. To change the globe, undo the wing nuts and the whole light swings off the mounting plate. Brass screw caps in a matching finish are included.

Its steampunk style comes from traditional materials, and each one is made by hand to order in our workshop.

Wall Mount

Choose from the Wall Mount Style menu: an Acetal base, a timber block, or separate wall plates. Acetal is a power-industry-grade plastic that looks like Bakelite and gives excellent electrical insulation.

Voltage and Wall Plates

Choose your setup from the Voltage menu: E27 230V (Australia, NZ, UK) on the Acetal or timber mount, or with 66mm or 90mm separate wall plates; or E26 120V (USA, Canada) on the Acetal base, or with separate plates to suit a 3″ or 4″ J-box. For 120V we recommend the Acetal base or separate plates to meet local rules. The timber block is not suitable for North America. Our 120V versions use UL-listed sockets, but the light itself is not UL listed.

Finishes

Shown here in Nickel: solid brass with a nickel-plated finish. Choose the cage in nickel-plated brass, brass or bronze-plated brass from the Cage Colour menu. This light is also available in Antique Brass and Bronze.

Takes one 185mm E27 tube globe, including LED. Add a recommended globe from the globe menu.
